Tecnam P2010 achieves EASA certification

Tecnam has announced the certification approval by EASA (No. EASA A.576) for the Tecnam P2010.
The aircraft is a all-carbon fibre fuselage, metal wing, single-engine, four-seat aircraft, powered by a Lycoming IO-360-M1a.
Tecnam explained that the achievement of EASA CS 23 Certification was the result of extensive investment and the dedicated effort of all members of the Tecnam organisation. The certification programme included over 200 hours of test flights, more than 100 spin configurations, lightning tests on full scale assemblies and many other technological achievements.
Deliveries to the Czech Republic, France, Poland, UK and Spain will commence immediately.
