  Further update

  There will tea, coffee and bottled water available at the event, but sadly no cooked food van. Instead, you are most welcome to bring your own picnic. There will be available an abundant supply of disposable plates, cutlery and cups and glasses

  Also, there will be a “Book Exchange” in the hangar. There will be some copies of a book by Nigel Wright, who built and flew an Avro 504 replica here in Suffolk

  Please bring a small collection of aviation-related books that you are interested in swapping. These will be displayed on tables in the hangar. Unless you wish to take them home, any books remaining at the end of the event will be donated to long-established local charity, St. Nicholas Hospice, Bury St. Edmunds.

  Although the news on the death of the Queen is very sad, it has been decided that the Hinderclay Meadows Flyin will still go ahead this weekend
