Shuttleworth is excited to announce a truly unique D-Day themed weekend supported by the D-Day Squadron as part of their 2024 legacy tour.
The weekend will see a host of ground activities including;
- Arrival of the D-Day Squadron Legacy Tour on Saturday morning & departure on Sunday afternoon.
- Access to all of the D-Day Squadron fleet from 12:00-19:30 on the Saturday & 10:00-15:00 on Sunday.
- Fly-in with discount to all aircraft types pre 1950’s.
- Spitfire Sit In Experience Saturday and Sunday (separate ticket required)
- Military and Collection vehicle displays
- Car Clubs
- Vintage Bus Rides
- Shuttleworth Heritage team showcasing the Collections’ 1919 general purpose engine and 1901 living Van
- Food and Drink from the Runway Cafe, Refuelling Station and Catering Pods (Open 09:00 until 20:00 Saturday and 09:00 – 17:00 Sunday)
- Full access to the Shuttleworth Collection, Swiss Garden and Playground
- Discovery Zones supported by the education team
