Do NOT miss the chance to experience just what it’s like to sit in the iconic Spitfire aircraft.
The most famous of all WWII fighter planes, the Spitfire was used to escort US air force bombers between 1942 and 1943. It has the livery of the original squadron it served, No. 310 (Czech) Squadron based at nearby Duxford.
There will be a team on hand to walk you through the whole experience, from getting in and out of the aircraft, to explaining the detailed controls within the cockpit.
Each sit-in session lasts for 10 minutes with approximately SIX minutes on board.
You must be fit and able-bodied with a max bodyweight of 15 stone to join this experience.
