Allie Dunnington, record-breaking balloonist

This week, meet legendary balloon pilot Allie Dunnington! Allie is chasing her late husband Phil’s (male) record of having flown a balloon in 127 countries, with her female world record currently standing at 115 countries (most recently Indonesia, the Bahamas and Qatar). She’s also a commercial balloon pilot, instructor and examiner, and she’s passionate about promoting aviation and ballooning to more women and girls, including via the British Women Pilots’ Association.
