21 Firefly Aircraft for sale

Swift Aircraft has just completed the purchase of 21 T67M260 Firefly Aircraft from Babcock International Group PLC with the intention of refurbishing them and offering them for sale.
Previously used for Defence Elementary Flying Training, the aircraft are civilian registered and were previously owned and maintained by Babcock Defence Services, who provided the aircraft under contract to the RAF from 1996 – 2009.
Jordan Britchford from the Swift Technology Group, which owns Swift Aircraft, explained that they are taking delivery of the aircraft in July and following the required refurbishment, they should be available to customer from August/September.”Our basic aim is to get them serviceable to fly according to the regulations, and then add the customise accordingly,” he added.
“The prices will be available on application, since we will have many aircraft with different hours etc, and they can be kitted out in any number of ways.”
The Swift Group also owns Europa Aircraft and is currently developing the Swift Aircraft range.
