BMAA partners with Seager Publishing

The British Microlight Aircraft Association has partnered with Seager Publishing to deliver The Flying Show 2011. Geoff Weighell, the BMAA’s Chief Executive, said, “We’re really excited about this partnership. The Flying Show is already the UK’s biggest indoor aviation exhibition and we look forward to building on this success over the coming years.”
The event showcases grass roots aviation and is an ideal focus for people thinking of learning to fly. Ian Seager, Seager Publishing’s MD, commented, “It’s essential that we attract new people to aviation and this event not only provides a great focus for those of us who are already passionate about flying, but a great opportunity to spread the word. We’re really excited about working with the BMAA and committed to delivering the best Flying Show yet.”

The Flying Show started life alongside the BMAA’s AGM in 1984, moved to Telford and then the NEC where it has been for the last six years. 2010 visitor numbers were up 6% when compared to 2009. The 2011 event will take place at the NEC Birmingham on 26th and 27th November. Click here for more
