Bugatti to create light jet?

FLYER has seen images and information that suggests Bugatti, famous for its Veyron hyper-car, could be considering building a light personal jet.
The jet uses a similar V-tail arrangement to that seen on the Bugatti 100P racing aircraft, and is featured in documentation alongside that same aircraft. The name – Atlantique, is similar to that of Bugatti’s most famous car – the Atlantic 57. Information that accompanied the images suggests four seats and a 3,500nm range, which would make London to New York a non-stop possibility.
With interest high in the replica 100P racing aircraft that’s being constructed in the US, is this evidence that the luxury car-maker thinks the time is right to build on it’s elegant aviation heritage, and launch a light jet targeted for its hyper-car customers?
