The CAA’s GA Unit has released an update covering its recent work for the change and, in many cases, improvement of GA regulation and services in the UK.
Included in the update is the news that night/IFR testing in Permit aircraft should finally begin this month, with plans for full implementation at the start of 2015. There’s also details of the review of the PPL syllabus – including a revised number of questions – and a relaxation of the rules for private cost sharing.
