Compton Abbas Airfield has achieved Approved Training Organisation (ATO) status from the CAA under the EASA regulations. As such, the flying school will begin to offer Light Aircraft Pilots Licence (LAPL) flight training courses with immediate effect.
Compton recently purchased an EASA-certified aircraft to carry out flight training in the UK – the PS28 Cruiser, which is already being used for flying training and will be available for the LAPL licence too. Find out more on the airfield website.
