The Medrar Financial Group and Diamond Aircraft Holdings have announced that an agreement has been signed for the acquisition of a majority interest of Diamond Aircraft Holdings, Canada. In addition to Diamond’s avgas aircraft, the agreement also includes the rD-JET program.
