Tamarack Aerospace Group’s Throttle Control Quadrant upgrade for the Cirrus SR-20 and SR-22 has been approved by EASA.
The Throttle Quadrant upgrade is designed to provide Cirrus SR-20 and SR-22 owners with greater fuel efficiency and reduced engine wear by means of reinstating the propeller RPM control lever. According to Tamarack, the change separates the throttle and prop pitch from one to two levers, allowing more accurate RPM settings along with a reduction in noise levels.
