Useful video but more could be done. When the full AAIB report on Victor Alpha is released it should be incorporated into the mandatory syllabus for PPL training and qualification as a case study with the permission of the familes involved. At the moment this video falls into the category of knowledge, something that a pilot might or might not stumble on, it needs to be moved to training. The third pillar we rely on in addition to training and knowledge is experience, but that cannot be bought and has to be earned.
