Norman Surplus will continue his attempt to be the first person to fly a gyrocopter around the world after his recent forced landing in a shallow lake in Thailand. The MT-03 came to rest inverted in shallow water and was recovered within an hour. Norman estimates that he’ll be able to head off again after repairs which should take about a month.
