Kemble Airport in Gloucestershire is celebrating a victory in the High Court in London upholding the grant of a Certificate of Lawfulness (CLEUD) for General Aviation at the site. The move follows a costly two-year fight against two local councils which wanted to impose significant limitations on flying activities.
