Wycombe-based Lees Avionics, one of the leading aircraft avionics companies in the UK, has been acquired by Gama Holdings Ltd. It will continuye to operate as Lees Avionics Ltd.
Harry Lees, founder and Managing Director of Lees Avionics Ltd, commented “Gama’s acquisition of Lees Avionics, the company I founded in 1991, marks a significant step in the development of the business. By becoming part of the Gama group we are able to further expand into the business aviation world by working alongside Gama Support Services Ltd at Farnborough Airport. We are very much looking forward to continuing our growth and the services we provide to our customers”.
Harry will continue in his role as Managing Director and will be responsible for integrating and expanding the business over the coming years.
