It seems that there are changes ahead for Cabair. The Cabair Group now has a new majority investor group and a new holding company – Cabair International Aviation Ltd. The investor group consists of three people – Ludwig Bertsch, Tim Talaat and Clive Dolman.
The new investment has brought with it a new senior management team with Clive Dolman leading the group as non-executive Chairman, Andy Cruise as CEO and Clare Gillon as CFO. Mark Issot will be Group Commercial Director of US Operations and Steve Read will join the new board as Vice Chairman and consultant.
