Eclipse Aerospace has announced the completion of an equity investment by Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. The new relationship with Sikorsky includes a Service Level Agreement, whereby EAI will utilize and leverage the vast core infrastructure of Sikorsky such as global supply chain support, global parts distribution, and various production restart resources.
