17-year-old Jack Frodsham is believed to be the youngest person in the world to earn both his PPL(A) and his PPL(H). Upon his 17th birthday on 17 September, Jack was issued both licences by the CAA.
Jack has been flying since he was 12 years old and has accumulated almost 250 hours of flying time, 50 hours in a Robinson R44 helicopter and the rest in both single- and multi-engined simple and complex fixed-wing aircraft.
His long-term goal is to fly professionally either fixed or rotary winged aircraft for a living after completing his studies. Congratulations, Jack!
