Groppo has now made the Trail Mk2 available in kit form.
According to UK dealer Graham Smith of Sprite Aviation, the kit involves a new fuselage cage with a much wider door for rear passenger/ pilot access. The seats have been improved and there is a new tailwheel and various other detail changes. The price has slightly increased by 3% but the kit is still below £15,000 + VAT.
Graham added, “I’m sure people will be able to see the refinement in the new model. We have a bit of compliance work to do but nothing too difficult.”
