Three British FBOs (Fixed Base Operations) have been named among the top four in Europe by readers of European Business Air News magazine.
First place in the survey went to Mallorcair at Palma de Mallorca Airport, but in second place came <a href=’http://www.tagaviation.com/’ target=’_blank’>TAG Farnborough Airport</a> and in third was <a href=’http://www.multiflight.com/’ target=’_blank’>Multiflight</a>, based at Leeds Bradford Airport. Equal fourth position went to Aviation Beauport on Jersey.
Multiflight was particularly happy about its position in the survey: “To be ranked third in the whole of Europe as an FBO facility, when facing competition from much bigger airports with far greater traffic movements, is a major achievement for Multiflight and the FBO team,” said Heather Cawthorne, Multiflight’s Handling Manager.
Multiflight, which also has a flight training wing, has recently invested in significantly upgrading its premises on the South Side of Leeds Bradford Airport.
