Gloucestershire Airport has joined the growing list of airfields selling Total’s new UL91 unleaded Avgas. The airfield has allocated a 13,000lt underground tank for the product and Total have installed a new pump and hose reel. The UL91 will retail £1.79 per litre including VAT, 20p per litre cheaper than 100LL.
Airport Operations Director, Darren Lewington said, “Amidst the current spiraling oil prices, anything that reduces operating costs has to be of benefit to the industry. We’re going to incentivise things further by offering a reduced landing fee of £5 (inc.
