The first Piper Matrix to be entered on the G-register has been delivered to its new owner. The handover took place at Shoreham earlier this week.
The aeroplane was received by its purchaser, Mr Richardson. “I was looking forward to this day so much,” he said. “After the demonstration with John earlier this year, I was glad to be able to fly my new EASA certified airplane home today, an exciting day for me! The airplane does everything it says to spec!”
The aircraft was delivered by Piper UK, whose Director of Sales John McMillan said “This is a great new model. We gained EASA certification in September this year, which everyone worked hard to achieve. This is a very luxurious, fast, spacious, and very flyable airplane. We have had excellent enquiries and interest in the new Malibu Matrix and the EASA certification makes it flyable on your licence!”
