Pioneer Aircraft Ltd, the UK dealer for all of Alpi’s range of Pioneer aircraft, has announced the UK approval of the Italian-designed and built Pioneer 400. The four-seat, Rotax-powered aircraft complies with the Certification Specifications put forward in CS-23, the EASA regulations for Normal, Utility, Aerobatic and Commuter Aeroplanes.
Managing Director Brad Goodfellow said, “This has been a very challenging project to get to approval, and many thanks go to Frank Cavaciuti and Dave Simpson for their sterling efforts” . There are currently four aircraft in the UK and a further three in the pipeline. He added, “Whilst the market remains a challenging time for aircraft sales, customers do see the unique position this aircraft holds with incredible value for money and bang for buck!” For more information go to www.pioneer.aero or search ‘Quattrocento’
