Aeros Flight Training continues to expand its training fleet, with two additional Tecnam P-Mentor single-engine aircraft arriving this month.
The new aircraft follows two P-Mentors delivered in the summer and are part of Aeros’ long-term fleet renewal strategy.
Aeros has bases at Cardiff, Gloucester, Leeds and Wellesbourne airports, and offers modular training for a commercial pilot’s licence with the UK CAA or dual UK CAA and EASA.
Mike Hoft, Chief Flying Instructor, said, “The P-Mentor is a fantastic addition to our fleet, combining advanced avionics, real-world handling, and efficiency.
“It gives our students a training platform that truly prepares them for modern flight decks while keeping safety and simplicity at the core.
“As instructors, we’re excited to teach on this aircraft and see how it enhances the learning experience.”
Further Tecnam aircraft are planned as the renewal programme continues, along with a number of Diamond DA42 twin-engine aircraft to strengthen Aeros’ multi-engine training capability.
Martyn Lynch, Chief Operating Officer at Aeros, added, “Keeping our fleet modern, reliable, and aligned with student and airline expectations is a core part of our strategy.”
