DA42 gains Canadian certification

The Diamond DA42 has gained its Canadian certification.

The aircraft has already been certified in a number of countries around the world, including around Europe, in the US and in various Asian countries.

Diamond is based in Canada and the company reports that there are a number of pilots waiting for the FADEC controlled twin turbo-diesel aircraft to be certified.
