Media & Event Sales Manager (full-time, remote)We’re after a results-driven salesperson to help grow commercial partnerships across FLYER and our Pilot Careers Live events. The role includes selling exhibition stands, digital campaigns and creative sponsorships across our video, podcast and event platforms.You’ll be working with leading aviation brands and training organisations across the UK and Europe, developing integrated campaigns that help them reach engaged aviation audiences.

Event Operations Coordinator (part-time, South West preferred)We’re also looking for a part-time Event Operations Coordinator to help plan and deliver our growing calendar of Pilot Careers Live events across the UK and Europe.It’s a flexible, home-based role that would suit someone with experience in events or executive support — someone organised, tech-savvy and calm under pressure.You’ll handle venue and supplier bookings, manage event logistics, and play a key part in delivering both Pilot Careers Live and the Professional Flight Training Awards.
