If you’ve been watching the news or following our <a href=’http://forums.flyer.co.uk’ target=’_blank’>Forums</a> you’ll have realised that recent months have seen a terrible run of GA accidents, a number of them involving fatalities.
The CAA has confirmed that this has indeed been a bad year. According to figures we received today, 2006 saw 17 fatal accidents, resulting in 26 fatal injuries; 2007 to date has seen 23 fatal accidents already, resulting in 42 fatalities.
