Ikarus C42 spares and new aircraft flowing again

German manufacturer Comco Ikarus has overcome its supply chain challenges and is back supplying spare parts for its popular two-seater, the C42.

New aircraft are also available, according to the UK distributor The Light Aircraft Company (TLAC).

Paul Hendry-Smith, TLAC managing director, which is based at Little Snoring Airfield, said, “We are delighted to work with Comco Ikarus to overcome the supply chain difficulties that affected the wider aviation industry.

“This breakthrough ensures a steady flow of parts and, even more importantly, the delivery of brand-new C42s from November.
