James Gilbert

It is with deep regret and sadness that we report the death of James Gilbert. James passed away this morning (Tuesday 14th February) after a battle with cancer.

James was well known in the general aviation world as long-time publisher/editor of Pilot. More recently he has been a contributor to FLYER magazine. He always had a kindly and accurate word for anyone who spoke to him.

He will be sorely missed by all in the FLYER offices
