Piper chooses Williams

Piper boss Jim Bass today announced that the company chosen the Williams FJ44-3AP to power its recently announced single engine VLJ. The FJ44 – which we’re told has amassed over 2.5 million flight hours in other aeroplanes – will deliver 2,500 lb of thrust.
