Update: 1400 UTC 15/48: Shoreham is now open

Update 1100 UTC 15/4/8: Shoreham is still NOTAMed as closed. The original NOTAM had the airport closed until 1100, but just before 1100 (UTC) a new NOTAM was issued extending the closure to 1300 UTC.
There are rumours of an impending solution, but nothing concrete has yet emerged.

Erinaceous, the parent company of both Shoreham and Fairoaks, has gone into liquidation. The news was announced earlier today.
Shoreham Airport has been closed today – although it is hoped that it will be reopened either today or tomorrow. Fairoaks appears to have remained open all day.
