Insurance brokers Emery Little and the Yakovlevs air display team are to combine this season to provide the world’s first carbon neutral aerobatic display team.
Both partners have a track record in environmental leadership: Emery Little was the first insurance company to offer to offset the carbon emissions of its aviation customers through its GreenFly initiative, while the Yakovlevs have been pioneering the use of Shell’s Ondina EL Smoke Oil for use in displays.
Both organisations are based at Compton Abbas airfield in Dorset.
