The French Apex Aircraft group, which includes both Robin aircraft and Cap aircraft plus several other subsidiaries, is in financial difficulties and has called in the receivers pending a financial restructuring, FLYER learned late on Friday.
The most likely outcome is expected to be continuatino of the manufacture of Robin aircraft and the CAP 10C, but the scrapping of other projects. The spare parts and service departments of the group are understood to be separate companies and are said to be continuing as normal.
