Thruxton gets new Garmin Warrior

Western Air Training at Thruxton has taken delivery of the first Piper Warrior III trainer with full Avidyne Glass cockpit and two Garmin GNS430s sold by Piper UK in 2007. The aircraft was handed over to Henry Pelham, owner of Thruxton airport (EGHO) by Piper UK Managing Director John McMillan.

“This is a great aircraft to fly, solid build, and enables us to offer Glass cockpit flying experience to anyone who wants to step up from their standard training program,” says Henry. The aircraft is also available to rent (after a pre-check).
