Symphony Aircraft moves forward

Canadian based Symphony Aircraft has obtained Transport Canada type and production certificates for the Symphony 160 two-seater, which were formerly held by OMF GmbH, in Germany.

The first North American-built Symphony 160 aircraft will be delivered shortly.

A VFR version of the 160 will sell for $129,600 with an IFR-equipped standard panel version for $149,600.

Symphony claim to be developing a four-seater with a larger engine plus a diesel version of the 160.
